This particular version of Download Accelerator was released in 1999. Thus, I don't think that it would be compatible with Opera. If you want full compatibility please use the latest version of Download Accelerator as it can be integrated in all major browsers.

In most cases Internet download managers don't work as they should and they give errors like the one you're having now. Try to download the file manually because the server might not support multiple connections from the same IP and so it scrambles the download. Also, try installing another version of Internet Download Manager.
